Judi brings more than 37 years of experience in personal injury law to her role as a Personal Injury Paralegal at Scott Marshall Injury Attorneys. She continues a long career of helping clients following auto, cycling and golf cart accidents, as well as serious slip and fall accidents.

Judi’s career began in the medical field, where she earned a degree in Medical Laboratory Technology and worked in both hospital and urgent care settings. Her knowledge of medical terminology, injuries, medical conditions and medical records became an invaluable asset when she transitioned into the legal field.

In 1987, Judi entered the world of personal injury law, joining one of the largest law firms in Tampa at the time. She later worked at an injury law firm in Clearwater, primarily for attorney Jim Dodson. It was there that she met Scott Marshall in 1995 when he joined the firm as a young lawyer.

After Scott opened his own practice, Judi later became the paralegal and office administrator for Jim when he opened his own firm in 2001. When Jim decided to reduce his workload, Judi reconnected with Scott in late 2022 and brought her extensive experience to Scott Marshall Injury Attorneys, where she now manages personal injury cases. She continues to work with Jim on his remaining caseload and with both Jim and Scott on cycling accident cases.

Certified as a paralegal since 1993 by the National Association of Legal Assistants, Judi has developed a well-earned reputation for organization, attention to detail and a client-centered approach. She is committed to keeping clients informed and supported throughout the legal process and consistently strives to exceed their expectations.

When she is not working, Judi enjoys spending time with her husband Joe, their daughter Brielle and their grandchildren. Her extensive understanding of both the medical and legal sides of personal injury matters makes her a trusted and valuable member of the Scott Marshall Injury Attorneys team.
