Judi Ware

Judi brings over 37 years of experience in personal injury law to her role as a Personal Injury Paralegal at Scott Marshall Injury Attorneys. She is continuing her legacy of providing exceptional service to clients following auto, cycling and golf cart accidents, and serious slip and fall accidents.

Judi’s career began in the medical field, where she earned a degree in Medical Laboratory Technology and worked in both hospital and urgent care settings. Her knowledge of medical terminology, injuries and medical conditions, and understanding medical records quickly became an invaluable asset when she transitioned into the legal field. In 1987, Judi entered the world of personal injury law, joining one of the largest law firms in Tampa at the time. 

Judi eventually joined an injury law firm in Clearwater in 1987, working primarily for attorney Jim Dodson.  It is there she met Scott in 1995 when he joined the firm as a young lawyer.  Scott moved on to open his own practice, and Judi later went on to be the paralegal and office administrator for Jim when he started his own practice in 2001. When Jim decided to reduce his workload, Judi reconnected with Scott in late 2022 and brought her wealth of experience to Scott Marshall Injury Attorneys, where she now manages personal injury cases.  She continues to work with Jim on his remaining caseload, and with Jim and Scott on the cycling accident cases they handle together.

Certified as a paralegal since 1993 by the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), Judi has a well-earned reputation for her organizational skills and client-centered approach. She is dedicated to ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process, always striving to exceed their expectations. Her efficiency and attention to detail are so seamless that many clients are unaware she works remotely, operating from her home in Fort Myers rather than the firm’s Tampa office.

When she’s not working, Judi enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, their daughter Brielle, and their grandchildren. Judi’s passion for helping those injured in auto, cycling and golf cart accidents, and serious slip and fall accidents, and her extensive knowledge of both the medical and legal aspects of personal injury law, make her a trusted and vital member of the Scott Marshall Injury Attorneys team.
