We bring the fight to the defense by aggressively litigating claims – and insurance companies know this.

To Our Clients:

Our clients are the lifeblood of our practice. Our business relies completely on the referrals of people we know in the community. This includes you, our client. Without the referrals of our current and former clients, we would not be in business. This system of client-based referrals has worked for us for over 25 years because of the following commitments we make to our clients:

Family. You will become a member of our family of clients. We will pursue your claim with the same vigor and dedication that we would for any family member.

Progress. You are in unfamiliar territory. We will always keep you informed about important developments in the progress of your case.

Questions. You will have many questions. We will always make ourselves available to you to answer questions about your case.

Legal Advice. You will look to us for guidance and advice. We will always give you enough information and explain your legal options in a way that you will understand, so that you can make informed decisions regarding your case.

Dignity & Respect. You did not want to be in this situation. We will always respect the impact your case has had on your life and how difficult it can be to cope with the harms and losses you have suffered.

Satisfaction. If at any time you are not 100% satisfied with the service we are providing you, we want to know about it! You are welcomed and encouraged to set office or phone conferences as often as it takes to make sure that you, our client, are getting answers to your questions and are happy with how we are handling your case.

To Our Community:

A community is only as strong as its involved citizens. Giving back to the community through charitable events and donations has long been a part of our philosophy. We participate in charitable organizations and fundraisers as often as possible and we are active in the Suncoast YMCA.

To Safety Education:

Given that our job centers around safety violations, we try to educate our clients and the general public about safety issues as often as possible.

Living Safer:

We publish our magazine, Living Safer, and distribute it as widely as possible. This publication is a collaborative effort that really is the best general health and safety publication we have ever seen. If you have never seen a copy, please ask; we will be happy to send one to you.

60 for Safety:

The 60 for Safety campaign works in conjunction with other safety organizations such as EndDD.org and KidsandCars.org to put together 60 minute safety presentations promoting areas and issues concerning public safety. These presentations are given by our members to local schools and civic organizations. We work closely with these organizations to bring these issues to the forefront of our community discussion, with the hope that we can reduce the needless endangerment of people in our community that results from acts of negligence.

To Our Profession:

We are proud of what we do and how we practice law. We do not mass advertise, so that we can do what we do best, and give each client’s case the attention it needs and deserves. Referring attorneys and other professionals can have the confidence that the client who they have entrusted to us will thank them for putting them in our capable hands.

We are committed to professionalism. This means doing what you say you are going to do and respecting the process of our civil justice system. While we aggressively prosecute our clients’ cases, we maintain and support the dignity and decorum of the civil justice system by treating our colleagues with the same professional courtesy we expect from them.
